  • Can I track my order?

    Email confirmation is sent when your order is dispatched. UPS Access Point, Expedited Delivery, and selected high value shipping orders will be allocated a tracking number which is added to your order notes.

  • How is my order packaged?

    Your order is packaged boxed or in a secure mail bag with anti-tamper seal.

  • When is my order dispatched?

    Orders received by 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day.

  • Who will deliver my order?

    Your order will be delivered by one of the following carriers:

    • Royal Mail: 1st class UK orders
    • APC Overnight: Expedited UK orders
    • UPS: Access Point UK orders
    • Local overseas postal office: Non-UK orders
  • When will I receive my order?

    • Royal Mail: 1-2 working days
    • APC Overnight: Next working day
    • UPS: Next working day
    • Local overseas postal office: Delivery times vary from 4-10 working days
  • Can my order be delivered without a signature?

    Royal Mail 1st class shipping orders do not require a signature and some of our products are delivered in letterbox friendly packaging. Expedited and selected high value orders will require a signature on delivery. Expedited deliveries can be left with a neighbour. In the event you’re not in to sign for your delivery a card will be left detailing re-delivery or collection instructions. UPS Access Point orders will require a signature on collection from your nominated drop off location.

  • What if my order has not been delivered?

    If after 4 working days (1st class shipping), 2 working days (expedited/UPS shipping) or 14 working days (overseas shipping) you have not received your order please contact us.

  • What is your returns and cancellation policy?

    In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, we operate a ‘cooling off period’ for un-opened orders as follows:

    • Orders cancelled prior to dispatch are fully refunded
    • You have the right to cancel your contract any time up to 14 working days after receipt of goods and receive a full refund (excluding return postage costs)
    • Orders deemed to fall outside the ‘cooling off period’ will be fully refunded if un-delivered or returned under our product guarantee policy
    • Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to business to business customers and we reserve the right to charge a £15 handling fee on cancellation of un-opened orders
