Q: How much will it cost to deliver my order?

A: Standard first class UK delivery from £1.49, expedited next working day delivery from £6.99, overseas delivery from £4.49 and FREE STANDARD SHIPPING within the UK on all orders over £60.00.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Email confirmation is sent when your order is dispatched. Expedited Delivery and selected high value standard shipping orders will be allocated a tracking number which is added to your order notes.

Q: How is my order packaged?

A: Your order is packaged boxed or in a secure mail bag with anti-tamper seal.

Q: When is my order dispatched?

A: Orders received by 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day.

Q: Who will deliver my order?

A: Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail, APC Overnight or your local overseas postal office.

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: UK based standard shipping orders should be received within 4 working days whilst expedited orders normally arrive around lunch time the following working day. Overseas delivery times vary from four to ten working days.

Q: Can my order be delivered without a signature?

A: Standard shipping orders do not require a signature and some of our products are delivered in letterbox friendly packaging. Expedited and selected high value orders will require a signature on delivery. Expedited deliveries can be left with a neighbour. In the event you’re not in to sign for your delivery a card will be left detailing re-delivery or collection instructions.

Q: What if my order has not been delivered?

A: If after four working days (standard shipping), fourteen working days (overseas shipping) or two working days (expedited shipping) you have not received your order please contact us and we will make every effort to resolve the situation.

Q: What is your returns policy?

A: In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, we operate a ‘cooling off period’ for un-opened orders as follows:

  • Orders cancelled prior to dispatch are fully refunded.
  • You have the right to cancel your contract any time up to fourteen working days after receipt of goods and receive a full refund (excluding return postage costs).
  • Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to business to business customers and we reserve the right to charge a £15 handling fee on cancellation of un-opened orders.
